Chop the KitKat (150 g) into pieces.

Place the mascarpone and sugar in a deep bowl. Mix for 30 seconds. Gradually add the heavy cream (250 ml) and mix until stiff. Add the condensed milk and mix well. Gently fold in the chopped KitKat pieces.

Heat the heavy cream (50 ml) in a saucepan almost to a boil. Add the finely chopped white chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

Chop the remaining KitKat (25 g). Pour the KitKat ice cream mixture into a tray or container. Add the white chocolate ganache and garnish with the KitKat pieces. Cover the tray and freeze the KitKat ice cream for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
