Tips
Use a ripe mango for the best flavor and a nicely sweet finish to the dessert.
Dip the ladyfingers only briefly in the milk so they soften without falling apart.
This recipe makes about 6 desserts, but for smaller portions you can easily get 12.
Serve the mango dessert immediately.
Instructions

Put the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Mix well. Gradually add the cream. Mix until stiff.

Spoon the cream into a piping bag.

Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.

Cut the ladyfingers into pieces that fit into the glasses.

Pour the milk into a bowl and briefly dip the ladyfingers into it.

Divide the ladyfingers over the bottom of the glasses. Pipe a layer of cream on top and spread some mango cubes over it. Add another layer of ladyfingers and finish with a final layer of cream.

Drizzle the condensed milk over the cream. Garnish with the remaining mango and fresh mint leaves.
