TUC cookies, who doesn’t know them? Without a topping they are already delicious, but I am going to make an attempt to make them the most delicious No. 1 snack in the Netherlands by means of a topping. Delicious as an appetizer or just for yourself in front of the tube. No worries, the recipe for the toppings is very simple and easy to make. So the perfect snack for drinks, unexpected visitors or a late night craving.

These are my favorite combos of TUC flavors and toppings:

• TUC Paprika with a delicious Turkish topping of bell bell pepper and tomato.
• TUC Cheese combined with creamy cheese topping with a little spice in it for lovers
• TUC Seeds & Chives with Baba Ganoush. A topping with roasted eggplant as a base to get into the Oriental mood
• TUC Original with Ganache chocolate topping if you really want to go crazy. I myself love chocolate and I can well understand that this flavor is very trendy!

You can also go for some easy variations! Think guacamole, hummus, creamy peanut sauce, tzatziki and herb cream cheese. You can get these ready-made at the supermarket, so even easier, faster and simpler.

Of course, you can also serve the toppings and TUC separately so everyone can make their own combos or dip the TUC in the bowls. Serving separately also immediately prevents the TUC from becoming too soft.

By the way, TUC’s recipe has improved. The cookies are now baked with sunflower oil!
