Combine the flour with the yeast, sugar, salt, yogurt, sunflower oil, and lukewarm water in a deep bowl. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place at home or until it has doubled in size.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat, salt, cumin powder, red bell pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes. Add the sieved tomato sauce and honey and cook until everything is done. Remove the pan from the heat and add the grated cheese. Mix well. Let the meat mixture cool.

Put the mashed avocado together with the chopped tomato and red onion in a deep bowl. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, cumin powder, and salt (to taste). Mix well and set aside.

Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces (74 grams each) and shape into balls.

Take a piece of dough and divide it into 2 pieces (about 30 grams and 44 grams).

Take a piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin into an oval shape of about 15x7 cm. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Take the other piece of dough and roll it into a stick with your hands.

Place the stick along the edges of the oval-shaped dough. Repeat the process.

Fill the dough with the meat mixture and brush the edges with beaten egg. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place or until it has doubled in size.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 ℃ (390 °F). Bake them for 10-15 minutes or until the pieces of bread are golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time yourself, as every oven works differently. Cover the with a clean tea towel as soon as the bread comes out of the oven.

Chop the lettuce, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and cucumber into small pieces. Put them in a deep bowl and add the corn. Mix well. Add the mayonnaise and mix until combined.
