Tips

Use pistachio paste with a high percentage of pistachios for an intense pistachio flavor.

Dip the pastries quickly in the milk to soften them, but avoid making them too soggy. A short dip is enough.

After assembling, refrigerate the desserts for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to meld and makes them even more delicious!

Mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and pistachio paste until smooth. Transfer the pistachio cream into a piping bag.
