Put the flour together with the sugar, yeast, salt, beaten egg, sunflower oil, and lukewarm water in a large bowl. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place, or until the dough has doubled in size.

Divide the dough into 10 pieces (83 grams each) and shape them into balls.

Take a dough ball and divide it into 3 pieces. Shape them into balls again.

Roll each dough ball into a round sheet of 9 cm. Stack them on top of each other. Repeat this process.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Let them rise for 30 minutes, or until they have doubled in size.
