
Biscoff Almond Bonbons

If you’re crazy about chocolates, you’ve gotta give these Biscoff Almond Bonbons a whirl! They’re super creamy inside and get that extra oomph with some crunchy almonds thrown in. Trust me, each bite is like a little taste of bliss, all smooth and satisfying. You won’t be able to resist going back for more of these treats!

Instructions

Chop the Biscoff cookies into small pieces.

Chop the almonds into small pieces.

Put the Biscoff cookies in a deep bowl. Add the chopped almonds and condensed milk. Mix until combined.

Spread the cookie mixture evenly into a springform pan or baking pan and press it firmly. Use a sheet of parchment paper between the mixture and your hands to help with pressing. Place the baking pan in the refrigerator and let the mixture chill until it hardens.

Once the cookie mixture is firm enough, cut it into equal pieces. .

Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler

Add the Biscoff spread to the melted white chocolate and mix until smooth.

Dip each piece of cookie mixture one by one into the melted chocolate and then place them on a sheet of parchment paper.

Decorate the bonbons with lines of chocolate and let it fully harden.
