1200 g potatoes
water pan half full
200 g fresh spinach
50 ml milk
3 g salt ½ tsp
1 g black pepper powder ⅓ tsp
50 g butter unsalted
CORNSTARCH MIXTURE
5 g cornstarch
150 ml water
SAUCE
1.5 g cayenne pepper powder ½ tsp
3 g onion powder 1 tsp
2 g red bell pepper powder ⅔ tsp
2 g ras el hanout ⅔ tsp
3 g chicken seasoning 1 tsp
salt as desired
1 g dried parsley
15 ml sweet soy sauce
200 ml heavy cream
Tips

Place the ground chicken in a large bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, ras el hanout, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and sunflower oil. Mix everything together until well combined.

Take some of the chicken mixture and form into a ball. Repeat this process for the rest of the mixture.

Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes. Bring a pot half full of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until soft. Drain the water.

Add the milk, salt, black pepper, and butter to the boiled potatoes. Mash or crush the potatoes until smooth.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Finely chop the spinach.

Mix the chopped spinach into the mashed potatoes until combined.

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water and stir until smooth.

Heat a bit of sunflower oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken meatballs and fry them until golden brown on all sides.
