350 g chicken
2.5 g salt ½ tsp
3 g cumin powder 1 tsp
3 g onion powder 1 tsp
1 g dried parsley
15 ml olive oil
75 g crème fraîche
75 g mayonnaise

Combine the flour with yeast, sugar, salt, sunflower oil, and lukewarm water in a large bowl. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot in your home for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

Using a sharp knife, slice off the top of the garlic bulb, leaving the cloves exposed but keeping the bulb intact. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic cloves. To prevent drying out, wrap the bulb in parchment paper and aluminum foil. Place it in a preheated oven at 240°C (475°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let the garlic bulbs cool in the parchment paper and foil after baking before unwrapping them.

Squeeze the bottom of the garlic bulb to release the cloves from the skin. Place the cloves in a food processor with the butter, cayenne pepper, dried parsley, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, about 83 grams each, and shape them into balls.

Take one ball of dough and flatten it with a rolling pin. Then, evenly spread some of the garlic mixture over the dough.

Roll up the dough, firmly pinching the end with your fingers to seal it. Roll the dough into a nice shape, ensuring the garlic mixture stays inside and the dough is well sealed.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it again with the garlic mixture. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes in a warm spot in your home, or until it doubles in size.

Thoroughly wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, salt, cumin powder, onion powder, and dried parsley to the pan. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes, or until it is cooked through.

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise with crème fraîche. Add the cooked chicken pieces and mix well.

Bake the garlic bread in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is nicely browned. Every oven is different, so keep an eye on the baking time. Immediately cover the garlic bread with a clean kitchen towel to keep them soft.

Slice open the garlic bread and fill them with fresh vegetables and the chicken salad, or with other toppings of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
