10 g instant yeast dry yeast
15 g granulated sugar
1 egg (m)
25 g butter unsalted
35 ml sunflower oil
500 g flour all-purpose flour

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and let it cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir well. Add the beaten egg, melted butter, and sunflower oil. Mix thoroughly. Then, add the flour and salt. Stir until smooth. Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot in your home for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it into a rectangular shape. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.

Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top. Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes in a warm spot in your home, or until doubled in size. Note: the second rise is crucial for the texture of the bread!

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the rolls for 8-15 minutes until they are golden brown. Keep an eye on them; when they're golden, they're ready to be taken out of the oven.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the yellow onion.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add minced meat, salt, paprika, onion powder, and cumin. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion to the minced meat and cook briefly. Then add tomato paste, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and water. Stir well to combine.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add slices of cheddar cheese to the beef mixture.

Slice a roll open and fill it with sauce, fresh vegetables, the beef mixture, and extra sauce if desired. Enjoy your meal!
