Chop the caramel fudge into pieces and place them in a bowl. Fill a pan with water water (1-2 cm deep) and place the bowl with the hard fudge on top of the pan. Make sure the water doesn't touch the bowl when placed over the pan. Bring the water in the pan to a boil and let it simmer. Stir the fudge regularly as it melts. The process may take some time. Remove the bowl from the pan once the fudge is fully melted.

Heat the heavy cream until just below boiling. Add the milk chocolate pieces and let them sit for 1 minute. Mix everything until smooth and let it cool slightly.

Spread the melted caramel fudge evenly over a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate ganache over the fudge and press the hazelnuts into it.

Melt the milk chocolate (150 grams) using a double boiler. Here's how: Pour a small layer of water (2 cm) into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Take a plate (slightly larger than the saucepan) and place the broken milk chocolate pieces on it. Place the plate over the saucepan with the boiling water, ensuring it hangs above the water and doesn't touch it. After about two minutes, you'll see the milk chocolate begin to melt. Stir the chocolate until smooth.

Pour the molten milk chocolate over the hazelnuts, and for a decorative touch, you can add extra lines of chocolate. Allow the chocolate to fully harden.

Cut the Toffifee into squares.
