Mix the curry powder, cinnamon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper powder, black pepper powder, dried parsley, red bell pepper powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder in a bowl.

Place the ground meat, salt, breadcrumbs, 8 grams of the spice mix, olive oil, sweet soy sauce, and chopped parsley in a large bowl. Mix everything together.

Form meatballs from the meat mixture.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs on all sides until fully cooked. Carefully remove the meatballs from the pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, sauté the red onion, tomato, and chopped parsley for 3-4 minutes until soft.

Add the tomato paste and water. Stir well and add the remaining spice mix, bay leaf, thyme, and crumbled stock cube. Mix thoroughly. Add the coconut milk and sweet soy sauce and let the sauce simmer for 5-6 minutes until it thickens.

Add the meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
