154 g oreo 1 pak oreo
175 g chocolate chip cookies
85 g butter ongezouten
PEANUT MIXTURE
50 ml water
125 g granulated sugar
150 ml unbeaten whipped cream
50 g butter ongezouten
125 g peanuts ongezouten
CHEESECAKE BATTER
200 g cream cheese
250 g mascarpone
16 g knockfix 2 zakjes
30 g granulated sugar
8 g vanilla sugar 1 zakje
400 ml unbeaten whipped cream
TOPPING
75 ml unbeaten whipped cream
100 g milk chocolate
Tips

Let the Snickers cheesecake set in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.

Add sugar to taste.

Replace vanilla sugar with vanilla extract.

Replace the caramel with ready-made caramel from the store.

Replace the milk chocolate with chocolate of your choice.

Use a baking pan with a removable bottom for easy removal of the cheesecake. Line the bottom (and sides) of the baking tin with baking paper to prevent the bottom from sticking to the tin.

Make sure you spread the cookie dough evenly and press down firmly with the bottom of a spoon. This helps create a firm and tasty crust.

Make sure the cream cheese and mascarpone are at room temperature before you start mixing. This helps in obtaining a smooth mixture without lumps.

Let the cheesecake cool thoroughly and set in the refrigerator. Preferably overnight, but at least several hours. This ensures a firm texture and the best taste.

I used a baking tin with a diameter of 22 cm.

Place the Oreos in a food processor and grind them finely.

Place the chocolate chip cookies in a food processor and grind them finely.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Place the crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies in a deep bowl. Add the melted butter and mix everything until combined.

Spread the cookie dough over a baking pan and press it firmly against the bottom with the bottom of a spoon. Also press the cookie dough up along the sides and put it in the refrigerator for a while.

Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the sugar mixture starts to turn golden brown. Then add the unbeaten whipped cream and mix with a whisk until smooth. When the caramel sauce starts to color, add the butter and mix well. Remove the pan from the heat and stir until you have a smooth sauce.

Add the chopped peanuts to the caramel mixture and mix well.

Place the cream cheese together with the mascarpone, klopfix, sugar and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Mix for 1 minute. Add the unbeaten cream little by little until the cream is stiff.

Spoon one-third of the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough and spread evenly. Then spread half of the peanut mixture over it.

Spoon another layer of the cheesecake batter on top, followed by the remaining peanut mixture. Add another layer of the cheesecake batter and spread it well.

Bring the unwhipped cream almost to the boil. Add the milk chocolate pieces and let it stand for 1 minute. Mix everything until smooth.

Spread the ganache over the Snickers cheesecake and place it in the refrigerator until the topping is firm.

Slice the Snickers cheesecake and garnish with dollops of cream, caramel and chopped peanuts.

Bedankt voor de waardering! Je kunt de Bebogeen karamel gebruiken, deze vind je o.a. bij de ah, jumbo, Dirk.

Dit ziet er heerlijk uit! Een vraagje.. de zijkanten van de taart zijn bij jou op de foto ook met een laagje chocolade. Dit zie ik niet terug in de omschrijving. Hoe krijg je dit laagje op je taart?

Dankjewel, het is ook erg lekker! Zie stap 5, hier druk je het koekjesdeeg niet alleen goed tegen de bodem aan, maar ook tegen de zijkant aan. Succes!
