12 g honey
8 g salt 1⅓ tsp
280 ml water lukewarm
50 g fresh pesto

CHICKEN MIXTURE
550 g chicken breast
4 g salt ⅔ tsp
3 g onion powder 1 tsp
3 g garlic powder 1 tsp
3 g red bell pepper powder 1 theelepel
1.5 g cayenne pepper powder ½ theelepel
1.5 g dried parsley
25 ml olive oil
GARNISH
50 g fresh green pesto
mozzarella
grated cheese
tomato

Place the flour, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, yeast, honey, salt, and lukewarm water in a large bowl. Mix and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place at home for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Wash the chicken and cut it into flat pieces. Put the chicken in a large bowl along with the salt, onion powder, garlic powder, red bell pepper powder, cayenne pepper powder, dried parsley, and olive oil. Mix well and place the bowl, covered, in the refrigerator.

Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into balls.

Take one ball of dough and roll it out flat. Fold it in half.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer of green pesto and grated cheese over it. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 200℃ (400 °F) . Bake the bread for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

Spread the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the chicken in the preheated oven at 200℃ (400 °F) and bake for 15 minutes.

Carefully remove the chicken from the oven. Spread a layer of green pesto on the chicken and top with grated cheese, mozzarella, tomato slices, and more grated cheese.

Place the chicken back in the preheated oven at 200℃ (400 °F) and bake for another 10 minutes.

Open the pesto bread and fill it with some sauce, fresh vegetables, grilled red pepper, mozzarella, and the chicken-pesto mixture or other ingredients to taste.
