Tips
Ensure the cod is well coated with the spice mix and olive oil to absorb the flavors. For a more intense flavor, marinate the cod a few hours in advance or even overnight (covered in the refrigerator).
Cod is delicate and breaks apart easily. Once it’s in the pan, avoid stirring. Let it simmer gently.
