75 g kadayif
15 g granulated sugar
100 g pistachios unsalted
35 g tahini sauce
30 g powdered sugar
50 ml heavy cream
COATING
125 g white chocolate
125 g milk chocolate

Cut the kadayif into small pieces.

Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the kadayif and granulated sugar, and cook until golden brown.

Place the pistachios, tahini sauce, powdered sugar, and heavy cream in a food processor, grind finely.

Divide the pistachio mixture into 15-gram portions and shape into balls.

Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler and transfer it to a small deep bowl. Dip the pistachio balls one by one into the chocolate.

Choose the chocolate you like. You can also melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler and transfer it to a small deep bowl. Dip the pistachio balls one by one into the chocolate.

Place the pistachio balls on a sheet of baking paper. Garnish with lines of chocolate and chopped pistachios.
