250 g mascarpone 1 tub
200 g Nutella
SLAGROOM
500 g unwhipped whipped cream 2 cups, fresh
16 g vanilla sugar 2 sachets
25 g powdered sugar
16 g whisk fix 2 sachets

20 cocoa cookies Turkish cookies
100 ml milk
TOPPING
150 g unwhipped whipped cream
200 g milk chocolate
50 g hazelnut pieces

Mix the mascarpone together with the Nutella until smooth.

Whip the unwhipped cream together with the vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and whisk fix until stiff. Add the whipped cream into a piping bag.

Dab the cocoa cookies in the milk. Divide the cookies among the bowl. Spread the chocolate cream over the cocoa cookies.

Dab the cocoa cookies back into the milk and top with the cream. Now add the whipped cream and make it nice and even.

Place the unwhipped whipping cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the crushed chocolate. Let it stand for a minute. After a minute, stir together until smooth. Add the hazelnut pieces and mix together.

Pour the ganache over the cream and spread it evenly. Cover and place in the refrigerator to stiffen. Preferably, do this overnight so that the flavors will soak in well.

Cut it into pieces. Just before serving, garnish it with Ferrero Rocher.
