50 ml water

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and tomatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the chicken thighs, ras el hanout, cumin powder, cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, salt, tomato paste, fresh parsley, and water. Mix well and turn the heat up. Once the mixture begins to simmer, reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan and cook gently for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is tender and the flavors are well blended.
