Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the diced red bell pepper and carrot, followed by the chopped parsley, bulgur, turmeric powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, peas, and hot water. Crumble the chicken stockcube over it.

Mix well and turn up the heat. Once the water boils, lower the heat. Cover and let simmer for 12-15 minutes until the bulgur absorbs all the water.
