If you like it spicy, add more cayenne pepper.

Add other ingredients to the ground beef mixture, such as chopped vegetables (onions, bell peppers, mushrooms) for extra flavor.

Serve the roasted potato cubes, ground beef, and avocado sauce with side dishes like a fresh salad, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, chips, or salsa for a complete meal.

Stappenplan

1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then place them in a large bowl. Add cayenne powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.

2

Spread the potato cubes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated oven at 200 °C (390 °F). Bake for 20–30 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the potatoes halfway through so they brown evenly.

3

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, and cayenne powder. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

4

Add the tomato paste and water to the meat. Stir well and let simmer for 7–10 minutes. Then add the salad seasoning and stir again.

5

Slice the avocado lengthwise, remove the skin, cut the flesh into chunks, and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, and mash together until smooth.

6

Arrange the baked potato cubes, cheddar cheese, ground beef, avocado sauce, and any other vegetables or toppings of your choice on a plate. Bismillah — enjoy your meal!
